Silas founded CAN from a deep conviction that every child with a disability deserves to be seen, valued, and given a real opportunity to thrive. He leads the organization's strategy, partnerships, and vision with the same belief that first inspired CAN's creation.
Abigail brings warmth, creativity, and deep commitment to every program she runs for children with disabilities. Her natural ability to connect with children on their own terms makes CAN's programs not just educational, but genuinely life-changing for the families involved.
A trained special needs educator, Rose bridges CAN's work between classrooms, families, and community networks. Her professional background gives her a unique ability to translate what inclusive support means in practice — making her the anchor of CAN's community engagement.
A results-driven nursing graduate from Kenya Medical Training College with experience across multiple clinical settings, Evan ensures CAN's programs address the full spectrum of children's needs. His medical background strengthens CAN's ability to serve children with complex needs with both competence and compassion.

Why CAN Exists
